WEAR RED
Today is Friday and most of my friends already know that it has a special meaning.
It means Remembering Everyone Deployed.
We all wear red until they come home, amen?

After the murder of our 13 U.S. Soldiers this week, it is a grim reminder of why we wear RED on Fridays.
On this day, in 2006, Seth Hildreth was killed in action. One of a few soldiers that I knew personally while supporting their until in Iraq.
Afghanistan is a mess, and we all have opinions why it is in such a mess. But none of our opinions are going to make any difference.
On the other hand, our prayers will indeed make a difference.
We need to pray over those still deployed, including civilians and native Christians.
I pray this prayer over them and that they feel restrengthened, and that courage that is needed during this time.

I also pray that their sights be true and if needed they hit their mark to protect others.
