God Knows Best
Yesterday we arrived at our hotel in Blytheville Arkansas tired!
I went to check in for our first room floor adjacent to the indoor pool.
The hotel host stated that there were only 2nd and 3rd floor rooms available!
I was livid as I had requested a first-floor room adjacent to the pool when making my reservation.
Then to add insult to injury, the room we did get was just about the farthest room from the indoor pool and family restaurant than all the other rooms in the hotel.
After walking to the car twice and walking to the restaurant to eat and back to the room, none of us was in the mood to walk back to the pool.
I was still upset while working on our genealogy.
We could hear loud music and lots of loud people outside and near to the outdoor pool.
We looked outside and noticed nearly fifty people lined up clapping and yelling while a vehicles would pull up and a young lady dressed in formal a dress got out of the car and entered the hotel.
We lost count of the cars but realized as the women were entering the hotel that they were entering into the corridor that we had specifically requested for a room!
That music loud music could barely be heard where we were at but it would have been unbearable had we been the specific room we had wanted!
I was no longer upset about not getting my way.
I realized God was looking over us even in the littlest ways. Amen?
Isaiah 55:9 GNB As high as the heavens are above the earth, so high are my ways and thoughts above yours.
May you consider your ways not God’s ways and go with the flow when encountering change.
Have a blessed day!
